I have always been lenient with late cancellations and people not turning up for their appointments. Unfortunately as I'm seeing an increase in both of these, I'm going to be tightening up on this. I appreciate your understanding and support.
Cancellations with less than 12 hours notice: You will be charged for 50% of the cost of your appointment. I appreciate that life happens sometimes so I have a common-sense approach to late cancellations but would appreciate it if customers could let me know as soon as possible.
No shows: If you do not turn up to your appointment, you will be invoiced for 100% of the cost of the appointment. If you are running late, please just let me know. I usually allow 15 minutes after the appointment start time before marking the appointment as a 'no-show' at which point you will be invoiced/charged for the appointment.
Gift vouchers: If you have a gift voucher and you do not show up to your appointment, your voucher will be voided and won't be able to be used for a future booking.
Where your card details are on file with Fresha, the late cancellation/no show fee will be charged immediately.
Please note that the first time you book with me, Fresha will ask for card details to secure your booking but you will not be charged for your appointment. Fresha is a secure site and your card details will be stored safely. I will take payment after your appointment has taken place.

I’ll be heading off from the end of March for a few months of travel. It’s something I’ve been thinking about for a while and while I’m really excited, I’m aware it also means a temporary pause in my usual work with you all.
